Ingredients:
3 frozen bananas (or non-frozen bananas + ice)
3 large handfuls of spinach (or swap for kale)
2-3 spoonfuls of creamy natural peanut butter
1-2 spoonful of hemp seeds
Cold soy or almond milk for blending
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Adjust with more ice or more milk depending on thickness preference. Enjoy cold with a straw as a snack. It's even filling enough and has enough protein to be an on-the-go breakfast.
